The members of the Contra Costa County Deputy Sheriffs' Association work to protect our community every day, and we're grateful for the support our wonderful community has given us over the years. Our association works with the Office of the Sheriff to protect life and property in Contra Costa and we serve our neighbors utilizing our core principles -- honor, courage, commitment, leadership, and teamwork.
Our association is made up of about 800 sworn deputies, sergeants, lieutenants, captains, and other professionals, who have sworn and oath to protect our citizens and exemplify the very best of what our community has to offer. We work each and every day to build a safe and prosperous environment for everyone in our community.
When our members aren't working to protect our community, we're proud to support several charities including The NorCal C.O.P.S, 100 Clubs of Contra Costa County, and Miki Rainey Scholarship Fund, among others. These organizations and initiatives benefit our community and are in line with our mission and vision. I urge you to support our mission and donate today to help these organizations give back to the community.
Our members are more than just law enforcement officers. They're part of the fabric of this community. And while we work every day to protect our neighbors, we can't do it alone. We can only do our jobs with the support of our wonderful community. We strive to create an atmosphere of transparency and communication to create a more robust relationship with the community.
We're humbled that you've entrusted us with the solemn duty to protect you and we thank you for your continued support of the Contra Costa County DSA. Please help us keep the Contra Costa County community safe and prosperous for years to come.
Best Regards and Stay Safe,
Shawn Welch - President
Contra Costa County Deputy Sheriffs Association
